Our Process

We can help guide you in selecting the perfect location for your new home.

You may choose from many of our award-winning Don Julian plans and customize them to fit your lifestyle.  You also have a choice to design your home from scratch with our in-house architect.

We prioritize what selections need to be made to keep the construction of your new home running efficiently.  We will guide you through the following selections:

1. Exterior (Masonry, windows, doors, colors, etc.)
2. MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
3. Interior Décor
4. On Site Meetings
5. Exterior Finishes (Landscaping, irrigation, sod, etc.)

**All selections will be presented in written change order form to keep you up to date.

Throughout the project, you will be in direct communication with a project manager.  At various stages, you will be able to meet on-site with the project manager to go over aspects of your new home.

As the closing of your home draws near, the project manager will conduct a final walk-through to educate you about the function of your new home.  Our office staff will guide you through the closing process, also.
