Long Version -
We Love our house. Built in South OP. (2024) Our Foreman was Will, and the finish foreman was Matt. There is Detail and then there are these two-THEY ARE THE BEST! They were attentive, listened to all of our needs and had the full support of Shawn, Brenda, Cynthia, and Miranda back at the office. We met with Jeff Julian several times, and only had the best experiences with him as well, showing the reason the team is so good. They are organized, upfront, and REAL. They allowed us access to our sub contractors, ask questions, make changes (some free, some not, which is totally understandable). We also Built a pool and a cabana and they worked with those contractors as well. It never felt like they were burdened with anything. I have been in retail my whole life, and they NAIL customer service. They take care of any issues before you hardly even know they are issues. No petty he said/she said. Just "we will take care of it" attitude! Their houses are of the highest quality. We searched for 2 years prior to selecting DJB and we could not be happier!

I can’t speak highly enough of Don Julian Builders. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. John Dailey was our Project Manager. One of the most stand-up guys I have met. Same to be said for his son Hunter. These two worked to build us a home we are truly grateful for. Thanks to Don Julian Builders for a fantastic experience.

The team at DJB built us our dream home in Terrybrook Farms 4 years ago and we are very happy with the quality of this home. The customer service was outstanding during the build and after the home was finished. Everything we had questions or concerns about were addressed quickly and respectfully. Having built three homes prior to this, this was by far the least stressful and we love the finished product.

We’ve built numerous homes and this was the easiest process of them all, even though we were half way across the country. The communication along the way was above standard. When we did have a question, it was answered in a timely manner and with a professional “can do” approach. We highly recommend DJB!

My home is a Don Julian home and I love my house. DJ stands by their builds, even after your warranty is up. Everything went as scheduled. I worked with Matt Wilborn on my house and he is the absolute best. So kind, hardworking, knowledgeable and listens to the client. He goes above and beyond. I absolutely would build with them again and it would be an added bonus to have Matt on the build, then I would be confident everything would go smoothly. Their work is of the best quality and their employees from the start to the finish were easy and kind to work with.

This is our first time building a house. I just said today that I would do it again with Don Julian Builders. From top to bottom and everyone in between, top-notch organization. We couldn’t have done it without Travis Booth and Teri Stolz. They are both truly the best at what they do, a lot of fun and really good humans! I think I might miss them both!

We built our custom house in 2009 and still love it!

We moved into our Don Julian custom home at the end of 2014 and we could not be happier with the result. The construction did take 9 months but that was because DJB will only use those few subcontractors who can meet their exacting standards. Along the way, we had a number of people helping us: architects who redrew plans several times; an interior decorator who understood what we wanted; and the construction coordinator who ensured all along the way that things were being done properly. In short, in our opinion, if you want a quality home that will exceed your expectations build with Don Julian Builders.

They are service-oriented. We would love the opportunity to build again with Julian Builders.

Purchased a Don Julian home and met Justin and Houston prior to taking possession. They both were great to work with during the walk through and our various change orders. After moving in, Justin has been consistently available and quick to respond with solutions to all my questions. Top notch service!!!
